Most sync and purchase issues do not require signing out of your primary Apple Account. Do not uninstall the app as a first troubleshooting step.

Check iCloud Sync

  1. Make sure every device is signed in to the same iCloud account.
  2. In Settings, confirm that iCloud Drive is on and Meow Metronome may use iCloud.
  3. Without Meow SUPER, trying to turn on Sync with iCloud opens the membership page.
  4. If you already purchased access but it is missing, choose Restore Purchases on the membership page.
  5. Once access is active, tap the sync row in Settings to enable sync and view its status and history.
  6. Keep the app online and allow time for the first sync, especially if you have many records.
  7. Check Practice Statistics afterward to confirm that your records arrived.

Important: If records on an old device never reached iCloud, deleting the old app may make them impossible to recover.

Restore purchases

Open the Meow SUPER page and choose Restore Purchases. Apple handles purchases; Meow Metronome never asks for your card details.

Manage or cancel

Choose Manage Subscription on the membership page to open Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Delete a practice record

You can delete an individual record directly in Practice History. If you have used iCloud sync, you can also manage this app’s cloud data through system Apple Account and iCloud storage settings; menu names may vary by iOS version. System-level cloud deletion does not remove local records on other devices, and a retained local copy may be uploaded again if you later turn sync on. For help, contact us at the email below.

Contact support

Include your device model, system version, app version, approximate time of the issue, and any sync status shown in the app. Never email an Apple Account password, verification code, payment-card number, or identity document.
